Love those quotes, the price we pay indeed for the glory. Is this day more exciting knowing you have one waiting in China or does it make it harder?

I think it is a bit exciting and sort of hard at the same time knowing that one of my children is so far away. But my 7 year old made me a Mother's Day card, and she had herself, her sister, AND her little brother drawn on it. He's really a part of our daily lives already (and I know the WAY in which he's part of our lives will change dramatically) but I take some comfort in the fact that while we're missing him, he's not aware of us yet, really, so things are not "sad" for him. Does that make sense?
